Stainless Steel Medical Card

Tatham recently commissioned a new medical carding machine. The card was designed to process implantable textiles or biomedical textiles so cleanliness was critical.

The compact designed carding machine is available in widths from 300mm to 1000mm, manufactured entirely from stainless steel including the metallic card wire and FDA approved belts. Innovative roller brackets were designed to ensure the card runs cleanly.

The output can be either a Lap drum, Sliver (ribbon) or Web to feed a Tatham medical crosslapper.

Available options include hopper feeder with Tatham weight control technology.
